Pre Care

Before your appointment, you may feel nervous or excited!

Although it is perfectly normal to feel apprehensive or nervous before your session, there is no need to worry at all.

At our studio, all equipment, tools, and fixtures are wrapped with sanitary materials that are disposed of after single use.

All needles are pre-packaged and single use per client.

The inks I use are vegan and cruelty-free.

Stations are thoroughly sprayed and wiped down with hospital grade disinfectants.

I will list a few things below to help make our session go as smoothly as possible.

Helpful Tips to know Prior
to Your Appointment

Always plan ahead for your tattoo!

It is highly recommended to not schedule sessions close to any trips involving sun exposure or swimming on a beach, lake, pools & etc...

Avoid injuries such as sunburns, cuts, scrapes, and bruises where the tattoo would be placed.

Artist will not be able to work on freshly damaged skin.

If you show up with sunburns on the area to be tattooed and do not notify us, you will forfeit your deposit.

(Please review our DEPOSIT tab for more info).

Exfoliate your skin and shave beforehand to be better prepared

for the session.

Start exfoliating and moisturizing your skin at least 2 weeks or more before your session. This will help prep your skin for the tattoo.

Please shave the area you plan on getting tattooed.

Pick up a small bottle of unscented moisturizer, antibacterial unscented pump soap (no bar soaps) & aquaphor is optional.

Take care of your body!

Drink plenty of water (weeks before leading up to your session) and get a sufficient amount of sleep.

Eat a nourishing meal and avoid consumption of alcohol or caffeine before your session.

What to bring and wear?

WHAT TO BRING?

A government issued ID

Feel free to pack snacks and a device for your entertainment during our session

Please bring earphones if needed

We do offer water/snacks and play music at our studio as well.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Please wear non-restrictive and comfortable clothing that the artist can easily work with.

For example, tight jeans or thick band panties are not ideal if a client is getting a thigh tattoo.

Avoid wearing clothing that leaves crease marks on your skin.

Wear clothing you do not mind getting ink on.

We offer petal covers & privacy screen if needed.

We like to take photos of our art and prefer clients to wear neutral color clothing (lighter is better).

We recommend avoiding pattern or bright color clothing as it can clash with our art

Numbing Cream?

I do not offer numbing cream.

Please notify us if you do plan on using

numbing cream.

Personally, I do not use numbing cream on my work due to the possible adverse effects it may cause during and after a client's tattoo session.
